Responsible for identifying failures and researching process/Product improvements to enhance yield, performance, quality and reliability of next generation Si, Product and Package technologies. Investigates and thoroughly explains fundamental aspects of material/device interactions. Owns the development of electrical, analytical and mechanical methodologies to ensure strategic failure analysis capabilities for future technologies and products. Directs new technology/product transfer, manufacturing startup, and the automation and improvement of the failure analysis process. Owns proliferation of shared learning across sites. Maintains necessary records and reports. Performs other related duties as required or as directed.

Qualifications

- You must possess a Master's or a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics engineering.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in circuit design & analysis, DFT/DFD implementation/technology and computer architecture.
- Knowledge in Device Physics.
- Knowledge in system level hardware, tester knowledge and software programming whereby Python/Perl/C++ are essential and .Net is an added advantage.

Job Description & Qualifications

This position is part of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) in the HR Services organization. The role will be to deliver critical day to day tasks for assigned countries (PRC and/or Taiwan) within the end-to-end Payroll and Benefits process and the work to do will be essential to ensure the successful provision of these services to our employees. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Performing daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll and Benefits processes within established target timeline

- Interacting with external vendors both globally and regionally for Payroll and Benefits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met

- Understanding and maintaining country specific content knowledge across multiple countries for legal and tax requirements in order to keep Intel legal and in control

- Managing employee queries to resolution within established target timeline

- Partnering with regional based HR Services team in order to support complex issue resolution, program changes and new program implementation

- Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements

- Performing ongoing analysis of current Payroll and Benefits Administration in terms of process, systems and structures leading to recommended process improvements

- Maintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Group HR, Mobility and HR Legal

Qualifications

- This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting will be an added advantage or equivalent business experience. 

- Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines. 

- Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and verbal 

- Strong business partnering, influencing & stakeholder management skills are essential in order to support the regional requirements, suppliers and remote team partners. 

- Computer literacy, analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and data are required.

- Ability to be versatile coping with ambiguity and work odd hours when required 

- Advance skill in Microsoft Excel 

- Payroll, accounting and SOX* experience would be an advantage

Finance Business Analyst requires proficiency and working knowledge of finance, accounting and business analysis. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting and/or prolonged course of study in a business or job related field. Related practical experience is preferred.

Consistently utilizes and applies financial, accounting, business and risk management strategies and concepts. Autonomously evaluates and analyzes financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, variance explanations, risk assessments, and solutions. Provides financial advice, counseling, and recommendation that significantly influences the decisionmaking process and direction of varying levels of business leaders including project leads, managers, operational business groups and factories. Independently develops financial budgets, plans, forecasts to further the development and achievement of business objectives. Evaluates cost and return on financial and investment decisions. Independently evaluates accounting and reporting and recommends solutions to ensure the integrity of external and internal reporting. Inadequacies in performance and erroneous decisions can lead to inefficient use of resources and loss of business. Plans, performs and schedules own work with general management direction. Assignments are delivered in the form of overall goals and expected results.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing of financial statements and reports including compliance process to ensure compliance to both US and local statutory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure the balances are reasonably stated
- Drive operational issue resolution, ensure customer and/or client requests or events as they occur are attended to by the team timely
- Maintaining the policies that govern the company's reporting process and ensuring compliance with generally accepted reporting standards for scope assigned
- Responsible for tax compliance activities for Corp Tax, Indirect Tax and WHT including filling, provision, payment etc.

Qualification 
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- Passion to learn, great team work, engage with the business with strong partnership skills
- Ability to work independently to help business identify and solve issues
- Ability to effectively communicate with people across different levels of the organization.
