Job Description & Qualifications

This is a 6-month position focus on Trade Compliance. You will build strong Trade knowledge as well as develop the skills to work in a professional workplace. Successful candidate will have chance to support Vietnam Finance team in Trade Compliance; join interesting Finance team's trainings and team activities; get valuable consultation from multiple experts from Trade team and other Finance areas (Compliance, Tax, Accounting, FPnA, Audit, etc.,)

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support customs KPIs: tracking metrics and KPI following guidance.
  • Support customs compliance self-audit: cross-check declaration quality vs. customs regulation/ SOP.
  • Key customs project post-mortem: cross-check customs data vs. internal guidelines developed during project.
  • Customs document retention clean-up;
  • Customs administrative paperwork preparation.

Qualifications

  • 3rd or last year student pursuing bachelor's degree in Trade or International Business or Logistics.
  • Can work full time 4 to 5 days per week.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong Excel skill is a must.
  • Familiar with Power BI and other data analysis tool is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
