BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America. 
 
Global Wealth & Investment Operations (GWIM-O) comprises of deep domain operations servicing the wealth management for affluent and high net worth clients. Clients have access to a range of services offered through its several businesses like Global Wealth & Retirement Solutions, Banking & Brokerage, Investment Solutions and the Trust Operations, GWIM Banking, Merrill Lynch, U.S. Trust and Bank of America Private Wealth Management. The operational structure provides comprehensive service to all major wealth management verticals across bank for both the Merrill and the US Trust areas providing retirement and benefit plan services, philanthropic solutions and asset management to individuals and institutions. 
 
Client Account Services is an IS&COS process which provides regulatory and compliance oversight for the account opening and maintenance processes for 22 account types, 78 ownership types and 25 unique services and features. CAS provides operational support to the Branch Offices for MLPF&S brokerage account products which include both domestic and international accounts for business and retail clients. CAS can be contacted through the Merrill Lynch Service Network and ASAP channels as well as by utilizing Branch Scanning for document processing.
 
Job Description
Individual will perform as a contributing member of the IS&COS process group to drive productivity and error free environment, reduce Average Handle time and create client satisfaction by providing Operational excellence for a wide array of Broker Dealer operations services including but not limited to ACAT/ Non ACAT Asset Transfers, Client On-boarding Review, Trade Enablement, Managed Account Billing etc.
 
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the review, evaluation, reconciliation and reporting of account mismatch.
• Responsible to interact with LOB and Branch Offices via email and phone
• Recognize research and resolve problems, which can result in monetary or integrity loss to the firm and other financial institutions. 
• Provide a high level of quality service, support, and responsiveness to clients of Merrill Lynch, internal clients, and communicate effectively with branch & LOB.
 
Requirements
Required Skills 
• Graduates with 0-2 yrs experience & sound knowledge of Investment products
• Average verbal & written communication skills in English
• Willing to work in night shifts
• Reasonable Analytical Skills
• Additionally should have good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
 
Desired Skills 
• Should have good knowledge of MS Excel
