This is a grounded result of booming job market and drastic improvement in business. Many companies across different sectors like CITI, Future Group, Vodafone, Whirlpool, KMPG and Snap Deal. are planning to increase hiring’s through campuses this year.

 

 

There will be a 10 – 12 percent of increase in management hirings this year by Godrej over last year. According to Sumit Mitra, head, group HR and corporate services, besides hiring candidates for sales and marketing and human resources Godrej is looking forward to offer opportunities in digital marketing and design. For the first time ever Future Group will be hiring freshers for 2 years MBA programme at IIMs this year.

 

 

It aims at hiring 100 to 150 management trainees for a year who will be mentor across different projects and roles. Kaustubh Sonalkar, chief HR officer, Future Group in his report says "With the market picking up, we want young talent from the top 10 campuses in India to drive our business strategy."

 

 

 This year will bring huge openings for engineering graduates. Rolls Royce has highly increased its intake of Indian graduates. Many other companies like Whirlpool has come up with it new strategy psychometric assessment and tests to select efficient candidates this year.
