Nigeria: Kaduna Govt Earmarks N2.5 Billion to Recruit Doctors, Nurses

Speaking at a media forum, Usman said that part of the money would be used to facilitate full accreditation of health training institutions, recruit 50 doctors and 100 nurses, and upgrade some health facilities.

She said that already work had commenced at the state's three pioneer general hospitals in Daura, Funtua and Katsina to make them referral centres and reduce influx to the state capital for health solution.
