Contract duration: 6 months

Reporting into: Pay & Benefits Partner

The Pay & Benefits administrator will support the Pay & Benefits Partner and work closely with two Pay & Benefits Advisers on administering the company benefits, data input for payroll and respond to email in relation to benefits queries/requests.

Where applicable, the Benefits Administrator will be responsible for maintaining/updating 700 employee's data entry within the Ogilvy Group though the company payroll system. In addition the Benefits administrator will support the HR Operations Team on maintaining/updating the HR data our HR system, Talent Tree.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Pay & Benefits advisers (x2) on data inputs in a timely and accurate manner though the agreed deadlines.
• Review the data output from various reports sources to ensure accuracy has been met.
• Advance Excel skills for data extractions, manipulation, and data analysis for management reports and internal audit compliances.
• Experience in Administering the Company benefits (Gym Payments/Pension/CCV/ Bike Scheme/STL etc), although not essential.
• Ad Hoc reporting/data gathering requests from management and business partners(internal/external)

Job Skills/Competencies Required

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in managing your own workload.
• An understanding of UK tax and benefits legislations, although not essential.
• Ability to work calmly and productively within tight deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and self-managing attitudes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• IT and data skills including extensive use of Excel.
• Organizational skills, working flexibly on prioritizing workload, towards tight deadlines.
• Strong Communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness of a larger function.

Desirable Skills

• SD Worx Payroll software.
• Advanced Skills in SharePoint Application.
• Advanced Skills in Excel such as Macro and complex formulas.
• Talent Tree (HR Software) experience.
