H&MV Engineering is looking for a IT Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and management of the IT infrastructure and systems within our office environment to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Our IT department has continuous works in the following areas and will give the successful candidate experience and training in the below:

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to all users on a day-to-day basis
• Assist in the maintenance and management of all hardware and software, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and backups
• Work with the IT team to develop IT policies and procedures and enforce them across the organisation
• Support the development of new software applications and suggest system upgrades and patches
• Assist with the procurement and installation of new hardware and software
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and working effectively
• Assist with monitoring and controlling the IT budget. 

Role Requirements

• Ability to think logically and solve problems with a proactive approach
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software, including Operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Networking Appliances
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, network security, and TCP/IP protocols
• Ability to learn on-the-job in a rapidly changing environment.
• A degree in IT or a related field from a recognized university.
