Graduate Test & Development Engineer
Job Description & Qualifications
As a graduate electrical engineer you will help your team ensuring sustainability, efficiency and safety of electrical systems across various building types. You will be responsible for contributing to electrical design across a range of our client's projects, working closely with the electrical team. Your duties will cover design and delivery of electrical design deliverables including drawings, specifications and schedules.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Working in a consultancy environment to design buildings electrical systems
- \r\n
- Production of detailed design calculations for all aspects of electrical design.
- \r\n
- Production of specifications.
- \r\n
- Production of design notes and reports
- \r\n
- Production of design drawings from conception through to detailed design.
- \r\n
- Play an active role in every stage of our client's projects from feasibility to completion across multiple sectors.
- \r\n

Job Skills/Competencies Required
- \r\n
- You will have an accredited Building Services /Electrical Engineering degree or higher educational qualification.
- \r\n
- Working towards chartership.
- \r\n
- Willingness and passion to deliver Electrical building services engineering designs across a range of sectors.
- \r\n
- Conducting any or all stages of electrical design from concept to completion as required by the project, and with the assistance and supervision of senior engineers.
- \r\n
- Working knowledge of a range of digital tools including AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech/Trimble, MS Office, etc.
- \r\n
- Basic knowledge of technical and legislation requirements for electrical services
- \r\n
- Good communication and people skills
