Job Description & Qualifications

The Group Brand Multimedia Content Executive role is focused on smooth delivery of on brand content to support Group brand and employer reputation campaigns for internal and external audiences, on a range of channels.

  • Creating engaging multimedia content to support Group brand (for example videos, podcasts, graphics and other visual and audio content), employer reputation and leadership (LinkedIn profiles, video, audio etc.) content on a range of channels (Corporate and careers website/ social media / internal hub)
  • Ensuring content follows Group brand and tone of voice guidelines, is accessible and resonates with intended audiences, using design software and branded templates
  • Collaborating with insight colleagues to understand the impact of content, formats and campaigns - using these insights to refine and tailor approaches to specific channels or audiences where needed
  • Confidently liaising and building relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful content delivery / well organised shoots and smooth navigation of sign-off processes
  • Successfully delivering content and campaigns to meet deadlines, managing the Group editorial planner with colleagues so key events (e.g. annual results / awareness days etc,) are supported on internal and external channels
  • Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) - ensuring content is accessible and clear, in line with best practice through working with brand team, DEI and agency colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Experience capturing video / content from internal and external events and publishing across multiple channels
  • Experience in an internal corporate marketing team or agency environment is beneficial
