Job Description & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a task-oriented self-starter with a professional, pro-active approach. The post requires an experienced, self-motivated and highly skilled administrator who will bring enthusiasm and awareness and who can contribute to improving the system and process.

Key Accountabilities

  • To vet and approve sub-contractors and Suppliers in line with the ISG SmartSource System's requirements
  • Coordinate the Supply Chain approval process from the initial proposal through to financial sign off
  • Dealing with any queries from the commercial/operations teams with regards to Supply Chain approvals and their progress.
  • Pro-actively manage the return of outstanding (p)re-qualification questionnaires from sub-contractors and suppliers via various forms of communication methods
  • Help with queries/questions from sub-contractors and suppliers in terms of the approval process and any PQQ criteria
  • Maintaining all process trackers, SmartSource Shared Inbox, and spreadsheets
  • Maintaining subcontractor and Supplier company data held within ISG SmartSource and updating as required

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Ability to source solutions to problems
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work on own with minimal supervision and a team player
  • Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
