Job Description & Qualifications

Responsible for assisting with all commercial aspects of the project working closely with the Commercial and Construction team

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in maximising the commercial position of the project for ISG whilst maintaining positive supply chain relationships
• Protect ISG's contractual position by ensuring all processes, procedures and obligations are carried out appropriately
• Ensure ISG's governance and procedural requirements are adhered to.
• Assist in managing the change process in conjunction with the extended team.
• Management of the subcontractor site instruction process with the construction team.
• Ensure subcontractor certifications and notifications are issued on time and in accordance with best practice.
• Prepare ‘rolling' final account throughout project and aim to agree at Practical Completion.
• Complete the final account administration and manage the retention release close-out for subcontractors.
• Inputting limited information into internal reports including CVR.

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience of sub-contractor analysis
• Proven track record in producing tenders, quotes and formal Proposals
• Main contractor experience within the Construction market.
• Direct experience of different project types.
• Recognised qualification in construction related subject
