Trainee Outdoor Learning Sales Consultant

You’ll work with schools and early years settings to help design inspiring outdoor learning environments. This is a field-based, consultative role with full training and support provided, offering clear progression into a full Outdoor Learning Consultant position.

Duties

• Visiting schools to understand their outdoor learning needs
• Building relationships with headteachers and senior leaders
• Recommending and quoting outdoor learning solutions
• Managing leads and opportunities via our CRM
• Working towards development goals and sales targets

Skills

• Confident, friendly and professional communicator
• Well organised and proactive
• Willing to learn and develop a career in consultative sales
• Full UK driving licence required
• Education, sales or customer-facing experience helpful but not essential
