Your role

  • Support in developing the company's product distribution strategy in accordance with business goals and company policy;
  • Support in the implementation of sales and marketing plans to increase market share and achieve established sales goals;
  • Analyzing sales data, market trends and customer behavior to make accurate business decisions;
  • Support in developing product pricing policies based on competition analysis and market expectations;
  • Supporting the process of settling commercial contracts with distribution partners and other entities;
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations regarding distribution activities at the regional level;
  • Collaboration with the sales team to develop a strategy to reach new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones;
  • Performing administrative and operational tasks related to distribution activities at the regional level;
  • Settlement of annual contracts with distributors, including monitoring the fulfillment of contractual conditions and preparing financial reports;
  • Ongoing cooperation with other company departments, including sales, marketing, finance and operational management to ensure consistency of activities and achieve common goals;
  • Analysis and implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions in the area of ​​distribution in order to optimize processes and increase department efficiency;
  • Attending team meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement;

Your skills

  • Student or completed studies (preferred fields related to management, logistics, marketing or related fields);
  • Interest in the field of distribution and the desire to gain practical experience in the trade industry;
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate in relationships with clients and business partners;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and the ability to analyze data and generate reports;
  • Motivation to learn and develop skills related to sales planning, customer service and logistics management;
  • Attention to detail, independence in action and readiness to take on new challenges.
