Continuous Improvement Engineer

• Initiating and managing projects aimed at improving the operational efficiency of the Supply Chain
• Coordination of the work of teams involved in optimization projects (cross-functional)

• Maintaining and developing audit tools, maintaining a consistent approach to auditing
• Engaging employees in process improvement groups (e.g. Kaizen, KWIK, SMED - Single Minute Exchange of Die, 5S)
• Increasing employees' knowledge of Continuous Improvement by conducting workshops and training courses
• Supervision over the quality of reporting of selected indicators characterizing the area's work and ensuring the appropriate form of visualization

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in the Development Department
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen tools
• English at a communicative level
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of BI tools
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work with people at various levels in the organizational structure
• Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of continuous improvement, production standards (quality, EHS, 5S)
• A proactive approach to solving tasks and problems
• Good communication skills
