Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience working in the Development Department
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen tools
  • English at a communicative level
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of BI tools
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work with people at various levels in the organizational structure
  • Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of continuous improvement, production standards (quality, EHS, 5S)
  • A proactive approach to solving tasks and problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and openness
  • Independence in action
  • Analytical skills
