What awaits you with us? 

Introductory training:  At the beginning, you will receive intensive training where you will learn the entire audit process and learn how to work with tools and data - an ideal  opportunity  to connect theory from school with real practice.     

First autumn assignments:  Once you've mastered the basics, you'll start collaborating  with colleagues on important assignments for major clients .     

Practical learning or busy  season : from January the pace will accelerate, however, if you plan your time well, you can manage work and study at the same time - both can be combined and we will support you in this.     

Summer – a more relaxed regime and flexibility:  The summer period is ideal for regeneration and the opportunity to pursue  hobbies , travel or  plan assignments for the next  year. 

Who are we looking for? 

• A student,  ideally with a master's degree in economics, finance, accounting or business economics. 
• Basic knowledge of accounting or auditing is an advantage, but not a requirement. 
• Willingness to dedicate at least 20 hours per week to the internship (can be adjusted to your schedule). 
• Fluent knowledge of Czech or Slovak and good English (written and spoken). 
• Diligence, responsibility, independence and the ability to work in a team. 
• Eager to learn, accept challenges and develop in a dynamic audit environment. 
• Possibility to start from  September 7, 2026 .

How does the selection process work? 

• Online tests:  After you sign up, we will send you a test in English, numeracy, and logic. 
• Results: Once you complete the tests, our recruiters  will contact you  with the results and, if you are successful, you will have a short call to discuss your ideas.    
• Assessment  center:  You will try out the work of an auditor on model tasks + you will have a short interview with  audit managers .  
• Same-day results:  No long waits. You'll hear from us the same day, so you'll go home with a clear result and, we believe, joy.
