Job Description & Qualifications

The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical and logistical support to financial associates over the phone or virtually.

Key Responsibilities

    • Providing technical assistance and support to financial associates over the phone or through remote desktop tools.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Configuring, and maintaining back-office systems and software applications.
    • Documenting and tracking financial associates’ issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
    • Collaborating with other technical support team members and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support.
    • Educating financial associates on how to use and maintain their technology products effectively.
    • Conducting regular follow-ups with financial associates to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
    • Keeping up to date with new technology trends in MetLife and updates in order to provide the most current support to financial associates.
    • Contributing to the development of support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and financial associates’ satisfaction.
    • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional service.


Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ IT or any other related disciple
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationship with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and with team
  • Detail oriented while maintaining a high-level control and understanding
  • Knowledge of basic financial items and data
