Job Description & Qualifications

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work on identifying and analyzing business processes, procedures, and work practices to enhance the business. You should have a high level of understanding of agile methodologies, familiarity with synchronous and asynchronous business workflows, and feel comfortable leading stakeholder meetings. While not required, prior experience in the BFSI domain will be helpful.

Responsibilties

  • Understand business objectives and work with users to formulate business & system requirements
  • Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures and work practices
  • Identifying and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, system functionality, and behaviors

Requirements

You are:

  • Equipped with 3-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Able to understand technology stacks and N-tier architecture, UX, UI, services, business workflow, MQ, database, SQL’s and batch processing
  • Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous business workflows and processing
  • Experienced in agile for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams
  • Able to achieve a high level of performance/quality and deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users
  • Experienced in MS office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, HP QC, and Confluence tool
  • A strong verbal communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Able to run stakeholder meetings; you should have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage your time well
  • A strong writer with good documentation skills
  • Experienced in working with account opening, KYC and account maintenance applications

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience in working within the BFSI domain
