The Subrogation Investigator will investigate automotive accidents, collaborate with clients and legal counsel, and pursue subrogation from appropriate parties who are legally responsible for damages.

Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience with at least 1 year in a Property & Casualty Insurance Subrogation Back office process.

Job Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Notice period: Immediate Joiners.

Job Requirements:

• Subrogation Specialist is responsible for subrogation activities including the identification and research of subrogation claims.
• Assists in the recovery of overpayments for duplicate coverage, worker’s compensation, and no fault claims.
• Should have the ability to review legal liability and pursues, negotiates, and settles subrogation collection.
• Should confirm the paid claims, answer inquiries, and coordinates with other departments, insurance adjustors, attorneys, and members.
• Should analyze the parties involved in the claim such us policy holders, claimants, Witnesses and document the necessary information to close a file.
• Processing Business Process Service work items in accordance with the tasks, deliverables, and service levels established in the corresponding Work Authorization.
• Delivering to the best of their ability to ensure that cases are finished on time within the defined quality metrics.
• Follows written Business Rules for business activities.
• Uses established procedures to complete initial process for the fulfillment of prospective member loans, within service level objectives while providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must
• Willingness to work in Night shifts is a must
• Good Analytical skills and Logical reasoning
• Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Graduation in any discipline
