Your Impact:
- Support the execution of annual compensation review cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, and salary revisions.
- Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, etc.) and provide compensation recommendations.
- Perform job evaluations, job grading, and salary range analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, internal movements, and retention cases.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations and compensation approvals.
- Analyze compensation trends, pay equity, and workforce costs to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and compensation analytics using Excel and reporting tools.
- Ensure governance of compensation policies, guidelines, and approval processes.
- Support implementation of compensation-related projects, process improvements, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Maintain compensation data integrity within HRIS systems and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve compensation processes and employee experience.

Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a primary focus on Compensation.
- Strong experience in Annual Compensation Reviews, Merit & Promotion Cycle, Salary Benchmarking, Market Pricing, Job Evaluation & Job Grading, Compensation Analytics, Salary Structures & Pay Ranges, Executive/Leadership Compensation support, Hands-on experience with compensation survey tools such as Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or reporting tools is preferred.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or SAP.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
