Job Description & Qualifications

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the companys success. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently.
• Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity within the system.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and training materials for new processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance process efficiency.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Have experience in the domain of Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Display attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Certifications Required

MS Excel Certification Consumer Lending Certification (preferred)
