We are hiring for Network Monitoring L1

Experience: 1 Years-4 Years

Notice Period up to 30 days-40 days. Immediate joiners preferable.

Highest Qualification: Preferably B.E/B.Tech & MCA/M.sc/M.Tech

Max Budget: 2-3 LPA

Mandatory: 15 Years of fulltime education can be considered

Roles & Responsibilities:

Tools & Monitoring -L1 (24*7*365)

Skill required 

• Good Exposure to ticketing tools (SNOW)
• Good understanding of Infrastructure monitoring.
• Good exposure on monitoring tools (ITRS).
• Administration of monitoring tools would be good to have skill.
• Ability to follow up with multiple teams and ensure the alert is taken care.
• Escalate within the system on critical alerts

Job Skills/Competencies Required

• Minimum of 1+ years of IT Infrastructure monitoring experience, in server monitoring preferred.*
• Basic knowledge regarding MS Windows & MS Office,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid documentation skills
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision*
• Shift flexibility performing services for a 24 x 7
