Location - Bangalore/ Hyderabad


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University; Computer Science program preferred
  • At least 3 years of proven ServiceNow experience in design, development, deployment, configuration, and scripting.
  • ServiceNow certified CSA and CAD are required.
  • Experience working with one or more ServiceNow module like ITSM/CSM and CMDB
  • Experience integrating data from other enterprise systems and applications with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with JavaScript and REST API


  • Simple workflow development and Request development (non scripting)
  • Manage the ServiceNow Incident queue
  • Manage Service Now Change request administration
  • Perform basic administration tasks on ServiceNow
  • Engage in UAT activities
  • Documenting ServiceNow SOPs and guidance
  • Engage with Portfolio/Project Managers for other projects which will impact ServiceNow.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Reporting dashboard, SLA configuration.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SOAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of implementing DevOps (CI/CD) in ServiceNow is preferable.
