Job Description & Qualifications

This role is responsible for performing Cash application, reconciling transactions, and supporting complex customer inquiries. The role actively contributes to financial planning and control and makes improvement recommendations. The role ensures alignment with organizational objectives and exercises independent judgment in adhering to established standards.

Responsibilities

• Application of collected cash to various customer accounts.
• Understand the functional & process requirements, build knowledge to serve as the SME
• Channel partners invoice allocation
• Reconciliations of remittance advices with payments
• Audit SPOCs
• HP online stores Reconciliation,
• Closely collaborate with commercial business for business continuity & sustainability
• Refund Processing
• Own & drive MEC activities
• Digital workforce Operational Management
• KPI Reporting
• Baselining & periodic updating SOPs

Education & Experience Recommended

• Graduate in Finance
• Typically has 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
