Experience - Min 6 months & above work experience in Voice process

Education: Any Graduates

Working Timings: 6d ays (Day shifts) Immediate joiners ONLY

Salary: Max 3.5 LPA

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi both verbal & written (MUST)

Role requirements

• Provide customer support
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the queries (English & Hindi)
• Must have relevant experience in Voice Process
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Good customer handling skills.

Interview Process:

HR round (Telephonic)

Versant & Written test will be conducted in the Office (Hyderabad Hitech city).
