Job Description & Qualifications

Role

  • Manage Global Technology queue - case management (People First managed HR IT Products - Reporting / Talent / Security / Core HR)
  • Support Technology shared service delivery model - T1 / T2 / T3 tier Model approach
  • Partner with People First Contact Center / IT to deliver technology service to the fullest
  • Develop HR Functional & Tech knowledge and provide insights
  • Take support from other team members and knowledge sharing among team members 
  • Troubleshoot all HR technology related issues and problems.
  • Research and resolve system issue
  • Assist with maintaining the HR Technology portfolio ensuring on-going integrity of data through process review, security administration and audit
  • Support projects by driving/contributing to activities such as business requirements gathering, business process mapping and analysis, system configuration, user acceptance testing and end-user support

HCM Program Deliverables

  • Build and customize data models
  • Drive, develop and execute projects that are consistent with the People First Digital HR strategies
  • Build reports, analysis and dashboards from lean spec in OTBI / BIP
  • Liaise as HCM Cloud subject matter expert with HR, HRIT and other key stakeholders within the company
  • Understand reporting implications for cross functional solution dependencies across all HCM reporting modules (Core, Performance, Compensation etc)
  • Develop lean spec documents for reports, analysis and dashboards
  • Maintain Global Reporting Catalogue for all Reporting products
  • Be part of the Program deliverables – Letters / Reports / Dashboard, Infolets
  • Internalize Ford HRBA/COE/PF insights to drive future state HCM innovation
  • Practice iterative, end-to-end development, to rapidly develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards, as required by business stakeholders
  • Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and processes

Requirements

  • 2-3 years hands-on experience using SAP Business Objects, Oracle Cloud Reporting tools, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business intelligence Publisher (BIP)
  • Education Qualifications: B.A., B.B.A., B.B.M., B.Com., B.E., B.Sc., B.Tech., M.Com., M.Sc, MA, MBA, MCA, MSW


Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Strong understanding of data management
  • Ability to operating independently, be detail-oriented, and deliver results
  • Working SQL / QlikView / Alteryx/Tableau - nice to have
