International Voice Process

Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.

  • Working Days- 5 Days (2 Rotational week-off)
  • Shift- US Shift (Nightshift mandatory)

Eligibility:

  • Education Qualification: UG with minimum 12 months experience
  • Graduate with minimum 6 months for technical support and 12 months for customer support
  • Minimum 6 - 36 months of experience in INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESSING.
