Job Description & Qualifications

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • To conduct discussions/workshops with stakeholders to gain understanding of the current business process layout, synthesize business requirements, analyse documents on existing business processes using business models, workflow diagrams, bring out key areas requiring improvement
  • Document and re-engineer processes , develop to-be business landscape, defines KPI’s and roadmap to achieve the desired state
  • To be responsible end to end of executing tasks by following up, interacting with various teams / leaders within client organization.
  • Prepare compelling business case and other presentations on key insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Identify use cases, value proposition, support business development for new opportunities in the focused areas
  • Support in the delivery of IT transformation solutions such as asset management, IoT and product lifecycle management with effective project management and business analysis.


  • MBA from a reputed Institute
  • 1 to 3 years of Pre-MBA experience in any of the following Industries – IT/Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Telecom, Energy & Utilities, CPG, Automotive, Oil & Gas Industry

  • Understanding of general technology trends, recent developments and their business implications in areas such as factory of future, Edge computing, Hybrid cloud, Automation, Blockchain, IoT, AI/Cognitive, RPA, Analytics
  • Understanding of Consulting process methodology and roadmap
  • Knowledge of the respective IT Services Provider Ecosystem that engage with the industry
  • Project management, Stakeholder Management, Creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication Skills
  • Should be a good team player with the ability to drive and motivate
  • Digital Transformation tools knowledge like Design Thinking Methods/ User Centric Experience
  • An intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
  • Should have an innovation mindset for developing new Service offerings

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Process modelling tools like Visio, Blueworks Live
  • Familiar with SDLC, Agile methodology/tools
