Over all IT experience between 2 to 8 yrs. Technical experience in Digital Marketing tools and possess at least 2 to 6 yrs experience in Adobe Campaign.

  • Hands On development experience needed in Email channel, SMS channel, Campaign work flows, Access management, Folder hierarchy, tracking reports, message center, configuration of emails using HTML content
  • Experience in leads, targeting and offer management
  • Experience in campaign integration with other tools like AEM, Analytics, AAM etc
  • Experience in performing unit testing and creation of unit test cases and test log.
  • Perform Code review and maintain code review tracker
  • Assist in UAT and SIT defect fixing.
  • Experience in using defect logging tool like HPQC/JIRA/Service now etc.

  • Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes (email channel and SMS channel ) spreading across the industry leading tool platforms
  • Should have working knowledge in ACM inbound and outbound integration
  • Should be able to create custom profile and preference center using web app
  • Good communication skill and drive customer communication with requirement clarification and design discussion.
