Job Description & Qualifications

The Strategy & Transformation Change Analyst is a new and key role within the Tax and Legal Line of Service (LoS) Strategy Office. The role holder will work closely and support the Strategy & Transformation Senior Change Manager and the team.

No two days will be the same in this role! This is an opportunity for someone to learn and personally develop / progress a career in either Strategy development, transformation change delivery, PMO or change analysis, while playing a pivotal role on specific initiatives, helping to deliver on all initiatives and taking on small transformation project responsibilities.

This role is suited to someone who excels in stakeholder engagement and communication, can work from a limited briefing, is creative, digitally minded and not scared to challenge the norm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Change Manager to ensure all Business Readiness, Communications and People changes are identified, planned and delivered.
  • Business readiness - support on assessing the business teams’ readiness for change and provide support for, and assurance that, the new operating models work effectively.
  • People readiness - provide support for both teams and individuals in moving from their current states to their future states. Prepare, equip and support teams to successfully adopt the change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes
  • Communication - support the drafting of communications and presentations for the Strategy Office and Transformation team.
  • Lead smaller initiatives from idea to delivery and post implementation review.
  • Culture and Engagement - support in identifying and driving change in behaviours to achieve our One TLS, working together strategy.
  • Work with the team to support their change management remits and other activities as required.
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders across the business.


  • Two to three years working in a professional environment - and able to display professional maturity.
  • Experience or exposure to change management strategies and transformation.
