Job Description & Qualifications

To ensure that all GM, Remittances, MADA, and SADAD related products such as Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Corporate clients transfers, MADA related transactions, and SADAD settlements, related transactions executed by the Global Markets, Corporate and retail are successfully matched, validated, confirmed and settled within the agreed timeframes in the appropriate systems. To book all transactions into the core banking system platform within the agreed timeframe. To ensure that all life cycle events are captured, booked and instructed accurately. To monitor all breaks derived from the reconciliation report, to resolve them and to escalate where necessary.

Products handled by Global Market & Remittances Operations KSA team are listed below, note all the below may be transacted under a conventional or Islamic frameworks:

  • Fixed Deposits
  • Loans
  • Repos
  • Bonds
  • FX Spot
  • FX Swap
  • FX Forward
  • Interest Rate Swaps
  • All derivatives related
  • Remittances
  • MADA
  • Edaa settlements
  • All reconciliation related to provided products and associated accounts.

  • Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.


  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 year relevant experience in the banking sector within KSA
