Job Responsibility:

The Job holder is responsible to work directly with key stakeholders (Such as EIOPS, Staff, product specialist, business, etc.) to execute the requirements for the knowledge portal in alignment to the governance framework.

  • Authoring skill and understanding of business complexity.
  • Direct content creation.
  • Speed of knowledge activity and deployment.
  • Adherence to best practice and compliance, group-wide.
  • Identify articles that need to be created or edited, for all businesses.
  • Continuously optimize knowledge for all users; ensuring self-service needs are met.
  • Work directly with Quality/Training as well as business to ensure article information is within Bank's guidelines.
  • Help disseminate information about the Bank's product & processes.
  • Maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of presentations. 
  • Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities.
  • Analyze understanding gaps and create easy articles for users. 

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor graduate
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant field
