Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Junior Architect at Global Village. In this position, we are preferring an Emirati National and job holder will take on key responsibilities that include:

• Preparing detailed drawings for projects and design documents.
• Creating 3D models and renderings of proposed designs.
• Develop designs in CAD and 3D using Lumion.
• Understand the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.
• Review and enhance 3D designs for existing products.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's in architecture.
• Proficient in CAD/Lumion/Sketch Up/ Photoshop

Experience:

• 3-5 years of Architecture experience with construction or real estate projects

Job Specific Skills: 

Proficient in 3D Modelling, Interior and Exterior, Exhibition Design, Visualization Texturing/Shading, Rendering, Lighting, and Conceptualization with walk through Animation and should have working experience on following software

• Lumion
• Auto CAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Sketch Up
• Adobe After Effect
• Arabic Speaker
