During your tenure as an Internal Client Services Administrator, you will be assisting various project teams with internal administrative requirements on their projects. This will include, but not be limited to:
- The onboarding requirements for our clients
- The management of the project files throughout the lifecycle of the projects together with the eventual closedown and archiving of projects.
- You will act as the main point of contact between the Engagement Team and the MECCAT team and will be responsible for the liaison relating to client onboarding tasks including any follow-ups with the MECCAT team. Such tasks will include the following: (1) Conflict Check requests, (2) DRMS requests, and (3) Background Check requests.
- Support requested from time to time by the relevant geography / business unit.
- Project Management Lifecycle including creation of the project name, and set up of the project folder,
- Project closing, including liaising with the Engagement Team to ensure everything has been saved to the Project Folder in accordance with the Engagement Control File Checklist, and archiving the project folder.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology
- Proficiency in IT/Office Systems skills (particularly Microsoft Office)
- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar field
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization.
- English and Arabic language fluency required.
