HR Officer (UAEN Only)
The HR Specialist supports the Human Resources function by providing analytical insights, operational assistance, and compliance oversight to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve HR efficiency. The role contributes to strengthening HR governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement across key HR domains.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on employee data, recruitment, turnover, compensation, and performance metrics; create dashboards and recommend data-driven improvements.
Operations Assistance: Support HR administrative tasks, data accuracy checks, and employee engagement action plan implementation.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR processes through automation and technology.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal HR governance policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and deliver actionable insights.
