Organization Unit Purpose:

At Emirates Islamic, our Finance division plays a vital role in driving the bank’s strategic vision of becoming the most innovative and customer-centric Islamic bank in the region. The unit is responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth fully aligned with our commitment to excellence and Shariah compliance.

Job Purpose:

As part of our continuous investment in the future of Islamic banking, we are launching the Graduate Trainee – Finance program to nurture and develop high potential, early career talent. The selected candidate will undergo a structured rotational program within our Finance department, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and internal reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Uphold the principles of Shariah-compliant banking in all financial operations and practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Recent graduate (within the past 2 year) or expected to graduate by next month.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• No prior banking experience required.
