Job Description & Qualifications

This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months, extendable for similar periods, to work on one of APCO’s exciting projects.
The Finalizer is a key member of the creative process, responsible for preparing and finalizing design files for production or digital delivery. This role ensures that all design outputs—whether for print, digital platforms, or presentations—are polished, consistent, and ready for delivery. The Finalizer works across multiple formats, maintaining brand integrity and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design and Finalization

• Refine and finalize presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with branding guidelines.
• Adjust slide layouts, typography, colors, and imagery for maximum impact.

Digital Document Design

• Prepare and finalize digital documents such as PDFs, brochures, and reports for distribution.
• Ensure proper formatting, hyperlinks, interactive elements, and accessibility standards.
• Adapt designs for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility across devices and screen sizes.

Brand Consistency Across Media

• Maintain consistent use of fonts, colors, logos, and design elements across all outputs—print, digital, and presentations.
• Uphold brand guidelines and visual identity in every deliverable.

Requirements

• Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct inconsistencies in layouts, typography, and formatting.
• Adaptability: Skilled in working across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring high-quality outputs for all mediums.
• Experience: Previous experience in design finalization or similar roles is preferred.
