Job Description & Qualifications

Highly organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for the Chief Client Officer, MENA and the Managing Director in Saudi Arabia. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling tasks on behalf of the MENA CCO and Saudi MD
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
  • Arranging daily transportation schedule for staff in the Riyadh office
  • Managing senior management travel in MENA as needed
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, booking client appointments
  • Organizing the CCO and MD’s calendar daily
  • Managing facilities for scheduled events
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
  • Support in new business vendor registrations as needed
  • Ad-Hoc assignments/ reports: As per the direct supervisor’s request

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Basic knowledge in software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom
  • Able to work longer hours and on weekends should the need arise
  • Must have experience of 3 years
  • Must reside in Riyadh

Work Conditions  

The physical abilities needed to perform the duties of this position, in addition to the office climate:

  • In office duties
  • Travel is not required
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
