What we are looking for:

  • To capitalize on-cross selling opportunities
  • To build a team ready to perform duties of Team Leader if assigned so
  • To recommend customer applications which are considered good credit risk and as per FAB policy
  • To understand competition and suggest changes for product improvements
  • To maintain effective business relationship with all branches and internal departments
  • To ensure that routine problems and complaints are handled professionally and only minimal significant issues are escalated to Team Leader

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure revenue targets are met across all products on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone calls, networking and referrals.
  • Work in close relationship with internal teams, providing regular updates on the customer’s expectations, market trends
  • Generate leads and maintain pipe-line in prescribed format.
  • Understand customer needs, propose cost-effective solutions, and take them to closure.
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum Educational Level: Bachelor Degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience selling banking products or in a financial industry
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented
  • Superior analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English, Arabic is a plus
  • Good understanding of Middle East Market, main 'players' competitors, sensitivities and tendencies.
  • High impact decision making capability.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities within time constraints.
  • Strategic vision and entrepreneurship.
  • Ownership attitude, pro-activeness, extra-mile drive.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Proven experience as Sales Representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Excellent knowledge of English/Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint
