Business Unit Overview

The Digital & Cyber Business Unit brings together deep technology expertise and bold thinking to help organizations thrive in a connected, data-driven world. How You’ll Contribute

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

Test Planning & Execution

• Participate and contribute in developing test plans and strategies tailored to project requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
• Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
• Leverage technical tools such as JIRA, Excel, PowerBI, and test automation platforms to track progress and report results.
• Prepare and deliver leadership reports on testing status, coverage, and quality metrics.
• Execute and manage operational processes to ensure test data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Analyze key testing metrics to support management and leadership in identifying actions required.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose practical, data-driven solutions to enhance testing processes, reporting accuracy, or stakeholder outcomes.
• Provide support for ad-hoc testing requests and urgent quality investigations.
• Provide detailed reports on test execution, defect trends, test coverage, and overall quality assurance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies

Project Support & Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers to meet the designated test deliverables and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust testing assignments as needed to address shifting priorities or risks.
• Act as a bridge between QA, development, and business teams, ensuring clear communication about testing status, risks, and needs
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including test results, risks, and recommendations

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel for onsite engagements
