In this role as Account Delivery Excellence Associate, you will be required to:

  • Support and encourage practitioner compliance and effectiveness in applying Quality and Risk Management (QRM) policies and processes.
  • Respond to queries regarding QRM supporting systems (ex. DRMS, DESC)
  • Support in QA reviews for Account’s projects
  • Support in reporting to Global QRM on Engagement and related queries
  • Identify and report on compliance issues
  • Monitor violations to QRM policy
  • Manage day-to day QRM-related engagement enquiries
  • Provide support to various QRM Teams in relation to the Account
  • Liaise with Account Team for engagement and compliance requirements
  • Maintain a record of Account’s engagements, understand status, and follow up as needed
  • Support with QRM training content preparation, delivery, and communication
  • Correspond with practitioners and stakeholders to keep them informed of compliance developments
  • Distribute messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting requirements regarding Account’s engagement monitoring
  • Be proactive and think of other ways to automate and improve the way we work
  • Understand the full QRM opportunity to engagement lifecycle in the wider context than just opportunity management.

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law/Business Administration, with 2 years of related experience.
  • Relevant experience preferably in a compliance function.
  • Knowledge and experience in quality, risk and regulatory matters.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Strong attention to detail and program planning ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • MS office skills.
