You can become a member of a multidisciplinary team , combining your basic knowledge of accounting and reporting with knowledge of technical and regulatory sustainability issues.

What will be your task as a member of the team?

• contribution, project, coordination in carrying out sustainable building certifications
• Preparation of BREEAM and LEED documentation (life cycle analysis (LCA), climate risk assessment, flood risk analysis, life cycle cost analysis (LCC))
• maintaining contact with customers, designers, contractors
• preparation of reports in Hungarian and English
• carbon footprint calculation for buildings
• preliminary assessment of the sustainability requirements of real estate development projects and related planning consequences
• participation in decarbonization projects related to the construction and operation of buildings

We're looking for...

• you have a technical (energy, mechanical, architect, environmental engineer, etc.) or economics university degree or you are completing your last semester of professional practice
• you are able to negotiate and have fluent English
• you are committed to sustainability and green buildings
• you have good communication and cooperation skills
• you consider yourself an active, proactive personality
• characterized by flexibility and precision

This would be an advantage:

• construction industry, building energy experience and education
• professional experience in a similar consulting field
• international experience
