About the team

We're a team dedicated to administration and growth of ServiceNow platform. We're working on improvements and new features to make IT work streamlined and more approachable by our practitioners.

Who we're looking for

  • Engineer's or bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or completed post-graduate studies in these areas;
  • Experience with development of JavaScript applications, HTML/CSS (1 year+)

Your future role

  • Perform daily administration of the ServiceNow environment and associated applications;
  • Develop and configure existing and new features according to given requirements;
  • Provide expertise and technical support to everyday users and IT fulfillers;
  • Optimize and automate existing processes;
  • Analyse client requirements and assist with their delivery in the context of platform capabilities and team capacity;
  • Create and maintain documentation such as design specifications, process diagrams and instructional documents for the ServiceNow environment and applications;
  • Drive the continuous improvement of service based on end-user feedback.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development and delivery processes;
  • Knowledge of Network and Systems Administration fundamental concepts (CCNA or MCSA level)
  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation concepts;
  • Ability to read and understand documentation;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met.

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation Certification;
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator;
  • Experience in Agile development environment;
  • Configuration Management Experience (CMDB data model and relationships);
  • Previous ServiceNow integration experience;
  • Experience in documenting client requirements.
