UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic QA Specialist

If you have:

- 1+ years of experience in test automation of web and mobile applications;

- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools;

- Superb computer skills, including database management;

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;

- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management;

- Strong in JIRA, ZephyrScale or XRay;

- Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies;

- Experience with relational databases;

- Experience in testing Microservices and Web Services (SOAP, RESTful);

- Willingness to develop your skillset.

Will be an advantage if you have

- Experience in implementing automated test execution as part of CI/CD pipelines and code quality assurance of automated tests through CI/CD tools.

- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JUnit or similar.

- Solid programming skills in languages such as C#, Java;

- Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools.

Personal skills:

- High motivation to improve the quality of products through test manual or automation;

- High reliability, assertiveness, goal oriented and focused on results;

- Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with teams;

- Conflict management, stress-resilience and flexibility;

- Experience with Scrum or Kanban and Agile methodologies;

- Good command of English.

And you would like to:

- Introduce, set and monitor standards for selected technologies and methodologies and monitors the adherence to them

- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies, drive continuous improvement and strive for technical excellence

- Establish best practices and innovative approach for Automation testing

- Make suggestions for code-level quality improvement through code reviews within the Community of Practice.

- Analyze business requirements and define a systematic testing strategy including test automation in an agile environment

- Develop, maintain and execute well designed, documented, and complete automation scripts for all applicable software tests

- Contribute to the development of an effective continuous testing process

- Defect Analysis and Defect Management.

- Provide regular reports for the performed automated tests
