The role is based in a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office at Opolska 112 Street in Kraków 1-2 times per week.

In this role, you will provide support to Buying in assigned areas of responsibility to develop the sales and profitability of the company, assist with Buying projects, and complete Buying tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for direct categories.
  • Ensure order accuracy, correct pricing, delivery dates, and material codes in the system.
  • Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers on confirmations, deliveries, and delays.
  • Resolve operational issues related to invoices, deliveries, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (SAP or similar).
  • Communicate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, IT, Administration) regarding order status and urgent needs.
  • Support basic procurement reporting and documentation.
  • Follow company procurement procedures and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English,
  • Relevant experience required in Source-to-Pay (STP), 3+ years,
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field,
  • Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients would be an asset,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
