  • Calculating private pensions for current and retired employees;
  • Efficiently managing workload;
  • Quality check performed for the Pensions team;
  • Preventing and fixing errors in calculation;
  • Recurrent meetings and communication with external pension consultants;
  • Follow and improve work procedures;
  • Take over complex cases within the Pensions Admin team.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Expertise in pensions, preferably for Germany (minimum 1 year);
  • Good to have previous payroll experience;
  • Advanced level of German (min B2) and English (B2).
