Job Description & Qualifications

We are a global engineering, management and development consultancy focused on guiding our clients through many of the planet’s most intricate challenges. By challenging norms, we are committed to making a positive contribution to the wellbeing of our staff, as well as the environment, communities, and market places in which we operate.

We are looking for motivated graduates, with a genuine passion for transport and a desire to make a difference in the world, to join our growing team of transport planners and modellers in our office in Prague.

What will you be getting up to?

The key to a successful economy is the development of safe and efficient transport networks. This is where our graduate transport planners come in. In today’s world we face many transport challenges, such as global warming and pollution, a constantly growing population and demand for travel, migration from rural areas into the cities and ‘disruptive’ changes such as connected autonomous vehicles. We are passionate about creating and contributing to the solutions for these challenges.

Working across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world, we use the latest data and technology to develop and assess transport schemes, strategies and policies.

Transport modelling: as part of our highly skilled modelling team, you’ll contribute to the development and application of multi modal transport models. Our models predict peoples’ travel behaviour and forecast future travel demand to support decision making and help create an efficient transport system. The focus of the transport modelling and planning team in Prague will be to support UK-based projects, and you will be trained and supported by experienced colleagues to deliver against exacting UK standards. You will be integrated into our global transport planning business offering fantastic opportunities for your career to develop.
