The Transaction Support Services team deals with financial due diligence, i.e. a detailed analysis of the financial situation of the audited entity along with the identification of potential risks related to the planned transaction of purchase / sale of shares. By joining the team, you will participate in the purchase and sale transactions of enterprises, provide support in the transactions and negotiations. You will take part in due diligence studies by identifying the most important financial issues that our clients should know about.
