Job Description & Qualifications
The Strategy& team at PwC Polska consists of 80 people. We are a strategic consulting team supporting the transformation of companies from the strategy process to implementation. We run projects for clients from various industries both in Poland and the entire CEE region, focusing mainly on retail and consumer goods, as well as on the development and transformation of the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector . We help clients make strategic decisions and support them in operational processes. Our team is part of the global Strategy& team consisting of 3,000 strategic consultants.
Your future role:
- you have the opportunity to gain experience in projects for companies from various sectors of the economy, including large international corporations, specialist private equity funds and local family businesses,
- you will have the opportunity to participate in projects in the area of business consulting, including projects such as: business, organizational, consumer and optimization strategies, including building business and organizational strategies or creating expansion and development plans,
- you will also be able to work on projects supporting clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, strategic and market analyses, comprehensive investment processes and adapting to dynamically changing market and regulatory trends related to the ongoing energy transformation,
- you will join a consulting company considered by young people to be the best place to work,

- you are in your 3rd year of studies or you have completed higher education,
- you are interested in consulting, strategic consulting and economics,
- you have analytical skills and logical thinking,
- you understand the value of a structured approach to problems and find innovative, unconventional solutions,
- you are up to date with world and business events,
- you communicate fluently in English,
- you know MS Excel well,
- you build relationships and enjoy working in a team,
- you have availability of min. 30/35h per week.
