Junior Technologist/Junior Sensor Technologist - replacement contract

Support for development and quality projects - participation in the quality assessment of raw materials and products, as well as in projects related to, among others, alternative suppliers of key raw materials.

• Carrying out durability tests, descriptive sensory profile tests, market product analyses and coordinating quantitative consumer research.
• Collaboration with qualified tasters and organizing their work as part of regular product evaluation sessions.
• Organizing and conducting internal consumer assessments to support early-stage new product development projects.
• Participation in the selection of research methods, recommending research approaches and consulting on sensory quality questionnaires.
• Collaboration with research agencies and support for the Product Development team in conducting quantitative research on sensory quality.
• Support in managing costs related to the operation of the tasting panel.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting sensory research and working with a panel of tasters.
• Master's degree in Food Technology, Human Nutrition, Biochemistry or related field.
• Good knowledge of sensory techniques.
• Ability to interpret consumer test results.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Ability to work in a team.
• The ability to analyze facts and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs – Office, Word, Excel, Power Point,
• Fluent Polish; very good English
