NetSuite has been a part of Oracle since 2017 when a big acquisition happened. Within the Oracle product portfolio, NetSuite's sales and product development has been accelerated and we are hiring talented product mangers for our office in Brno.

Oracle NetSuite is looking for an exceptional, self-directed Fresh graduate Product Manager to drive and manage components of our innovative and award winning SuiteCloud Platform. You will be working on the all-new Process Customization Tool and other Process Management areas of the Platform. Yours responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, gathering requirements, defining overall vision, managing feature backlogs, and working with world-class teams to deliver great features.

Full time job for fresh graduate student finishing this year or being MAX 12months after UNI graduation with starting day June 1st, 2023 and further.

To be successful in this role, you need excellent communication and teamwork skills, a strong technical aptitude, knowledge and passion for the design and development of quality products, and the ability to coordinate the work of stakeholders across organization.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of the needs of our customers. Passionately represent the voice of our customers to internal teams.
• Prioritize features and investments to get the maximum customer benefit and drive continuing growth of Oracle NetSuite.
• Participate in developing the overall product strategy and roadmap. Create, execute and communicate the multi-year roadmap to achieve the goals and strategy for this critical product area.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, customer and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
• Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new features. Create use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate desired product functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, QA, Doc, and UX, Support, Marketing and Sales to deliver great products to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Ideally some experience in technical product management, product development or technical professional services, building and designing integrated solutions.
• Results oriented, very focused, team player.
• Organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, risk identification and mitigation, excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Computer Science or similar degree.
• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills.
